Jack Pot was founded in 1995 as a limited partnership based in Podgorica, Montenegro. It was re-registered in 2003 as a limited liability company conducting games of chance. Jack Pot owns three casinos: in Podgorica and Becici and on Sveti Stefan island. The company plans to develop gaming as part of its hospitality services in the future, with an aim of enhancing Montenegro's tourism offerings.
